When it comes to families with young children, I enjoy incorporating playtime at any of the fantastic nearby playgrounds.

I am happy to help you find a great location, and if needed, I have an account with the Chicago Park District and can assist in obtaining local park district permits for classic Chicago skyline views that require them.

I have a candid and laid-back style when working with families, and I’m always willing to take the time needed for little ones to settle and feel comfortable. In Chicago, the winters can be pretty cold, but that shouldn’t stop you from getting family photos done. Not many local Chicago family photographers have access to an indoor studio space, but I do. With a studio located in Hyde Park and free parking right outside the entrance, you can schedule your photoshoots based on your family’s availability, not the weather. I am even willing to do in-home sessions for young kids. The studio space offers wonderful lighting, an office, and a bathroom, providing spaces to change and relax before and after the session.
